This Vantagepoint Billing Training will consist of 3 sessions for 3 hours each.
Session 1: Monday, October 17, 2022 from 2:00pm-5:00pm EDT
- This session will show you how to setup billing rates and terms for all project types. Projects can have billing terms setup at any of the three Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) levels. This session will help to review the detail and level you will need to setup your projects’ billing terms to successfully invoice your clients.
Session 2: Wednesday, October 19, 2022 from 2:00pm-5:00pm EDT
- This session will show you how to edit, adjust, transfer and write-off labor and expenses on a project prior to invoicing. The differences between Interactive Billing and Batch Billing will be discussed and shown. You will learn how to create draft and final invoices, void invoices and write-off invoices as bad debt.
Session 3: Friday, October 21, 2022 from 2:00pm-5:00pm EDT
- This training session will guide you through the entire invoice approval process beginning with settings and workflow options, billing terms processing and steps, draft invoice reviews, submittals, edits, approvals and tracking options. See the views and report options available right within the Vantagepoint database to ease your internal invoice process reviews from biller to project manager or project accountant.
The cost is $885/per attendee and must be received for your registration to be approved. There is one link for registering for all 3 sessions in the series.
Each training course is online for three hours and instructor-led including plenty of time for Q&A. Aktion will contact you regarding the $885/per attendee pre-payment options after registration. Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for credit towards a future class. Refunds will not be provided for no-shows nor cancellations after 24 hours.
