Billing is determined by the level of support contracted and identified in your Aktion Support Agreement.

IS SUPPORT LIMITED TO A SPECIFIC SERVICE?
Support is available for software, Cloud Services, and IT infrastructure issues.

What is the portal? An online resource for anytime, anywhere access to Aktion Support.

How to access the Portal? Email support@aktion.com to request access. An ID and password will be provided.

When do you email? Email support anytime to open or respond to a support case.

When do you call? Monday to Friday,

8:00 am – 8:00 pm EST*

*support not available after 5:00 pm EST for some products.

After Hours Emergency Support: 419.794.2594

When do you call? Outside normal business hours, on weekends and holidays.

Reason to Call:

Emergency situations – server/system is down.
