For all other issues, choose an option below that best suits your schedule:

  • Email the Support Team to create a case

WILL YOU BE BILLED?
Billing is determined by the level of support contracted and identified in your Aktion Support Agreement.

IS SUPPORT LIMITED TO A SPECIFIC SERVICE?
Support is available for software, Cloud Services, and IT infrastructure issues.
