Paul provides organizational leadership and strategic direction for Aktion Associates by working with the management team to establish goals, plans and policies. Paul earned his BA in Materials & Logistics Management from Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI and his MBA in Finance from Wayne State University in Detroit MI.

Throughout her 15+ years at Aktion, Barbara has played an important role in managing the company's finances. She adeptly provides the financial knowledge and leadership for Aktion Associates. Whether through forecasting finances or managing the entire Aktion accounting team, Barbara’s contributions to the company’s success are notable.
Craig Szczublewski
Chief Technology Officer
As Aktion's CTO, Craig has corporate responsibility for professional services delivery to our customers which includes field networking personnel, data center operation and Network Operations Center (NOC) support services. Before his latest appointment in July, 2019, Craig was Practice Manager of Aktion's Technology Division.
Christina Birmingham

Vice President
Christina leads a team of IT professionals who deliver next-generation ERP software, including Acumatica Construction Edition, Acumatica Distribution Edition, and Acumatica Manufacturing Edition, as well as services and support to midmarket companies. In addition to overseeing all divisional staff, she is responsible for developing & managing strategic partnerships with customers and suppliers.
Nancy Sperry
Construction Division

Nancy manages one of Aktion's largest divisions focused on delivering Sage ERP software to companies in the Construction industry, including Sage Intacct, Sage 300 CRE, and Sage 100 Contractor. The CRE team supports thousands of Sage ERP software users in North America with application/industry consulting, technology deployment and training. Prior to joining Aktion, Nancy held several executive leadership roles at both Sage and Deltek.
Pat Brennan
Supply Chain Division
Vice President
Pat leads the Supply Chain Division team in delivering next generation ERP software for the Wholesale Distribution Industry including Infor CloudSuite Distribution ERP. His team is also focused on supporting current customers using heritage Infor software. Brennan is responsible for strategic partnerships with customers and vendors, employee engagement, as well as division sales and service growth.
Mike Kaufman
Technology Division
Vice President
Mike is focused on helping companies transform business operations by architecting a modern technology strategy that includes Aktion’s industry recognized IT infrastructure, cloud hosting and managed services deliverables. Kaufman is responsible for strategic partnerships with customers and vendors, employee engagement, as well as division sales and service growth.
Jonathan Monroe
Architecture, Engineering & Professional Services Division
Vice President
Jonathan and the AES division deliver Deltek Vantagepoint software, support and services to architectural, engineering and professional services firms. Jonathan was promoted to Vice President after serving several years as AES Division Practice Manager. Prior to Aktion, he was a VP at Central Consulting Group, the largest Deltek business partner in North America. Jonathan honorably served in the United States Air Force.
