Maumee, OH, August 1, 2019 – Aktion Associates, national software reseller and IT infrastructure provider focused on the Construction, Distribution and Manufacturing industries, has named Craig Szczublewski to the new role of Chief Technology Officer. As Aktion’s CTO, Craig has corporate responsibility for professional services delivery to our customers which includes field networking personnel, data center operation and Network Operations Center (NOC) support services.

Before his latest appointment, Craig was Practice Manager of Aktion’s Technology Division from 2016 to 2019 where he led the Network Engineering team to achieve new service revenue growth while maintaining superior customer service levels.
Craig joined Aktion Associates in 2004 as a Systems Administrator. For the next 12 years, Craig distinguished himself as a systems administrator and top-performing network engineer focused on delivering outstanding service to Aktion customers. He specialized in supporting Unix, Linux and Microsoft systems as well as Informix Dynamic Server and Cisco networks.
From 1994 to 2004, Craig was a Unix and Linux Systems Administrator for Unique Systems, Inc., (USI.) He also supported USI’s customers requiring Informix DBA and 4GL programming.
Prior to joining USI, Craig was a Technician and Unix System Specialist for Great Lakes Medical Systems. Craig attended The University of Toledo where his field of study was Computer Science and Engineering. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree.
