Maumee, OH, January 30, 2023 – Aktion Associates, Inc., national software reseller and IT infrastructure provider focused on the Architectural Engineering & Construction, Distribution and Manufacturing industries, has been named a 2023 Top Workplace in metro Toledo, Ohio by The Blade in partnership with Energage, an employee survey company. Aktion earned this recognition as a result of positive employee survey feedback scores that exceeded national benchmarks.

The core of the Top Workplace award is the employee survey process. The Blade partnered with Energage to conduct a 24-question anonymous survey to employees. The survey measures drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization, such as alignment, execution, and connection. The survey responses are the sole decider of whether a company culture merits recognition as a Top Workplace award winner. For 2023, 630 organizations were invited to participate. Based on employee feedback and survey responses, 60 earned recognition as a Top Workplace, a record high for Metro Toledo.
