Outlook Connect allows a single point of entry for collaborating and sharing your contacts and calendar items with clients to nurture your client relationships. You can also create records directly from an email and access a scheduling assistant so you can share your availability with clients quickly and efficiently set up appointments.
During the session, our CRM expert will also guide you through the CRM functionality for both Opportunities (In Pursuit Projects) and Awarded Projects. This includes the tracking of firm interactions and client, contact and vendor data necessary for strengthening your relationships for the purpose of winning new projects and enhancing the outcome of existing ones.
