Senior Staff Accountant
Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the procurement process for Technology purchases, including software, hardware, consulting services, hosting and managed services, including vendor investigation and completing contracts.
  • Work with the sales team to ensure contract terms, service level agreements and escalation processes are followed throughout sales process.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis to Unit Managers.
  • Adhere to tight deadlines while coordinating the successful completion of accounting activities including general ledger and support of all budgets and forecast activities.
  • Multi state sales tax filing.
  • Ability to perform additional tasks, as requested by the Controller or CFO.

Education, Experience and Skills:

  • B.S degree with major in Accounting from an accredited college or university.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Accounting.
  • Working knowledge of Technology trends, complex software models, SAAS, Cloud, Managed Services, etc.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.

Intacct Application Consultant
Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support client software implementations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions, tracking issues, and escalating according to company guidelines.
  • Utilize and follow Aktion’s methodology to achieve successful client implementation.
  • Proactively communicate with clients and team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction.

Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Sage Intacct ERP software.
  • Demonstrated accounting/financial skill.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience is preferred.

Acumatica Application Consultant
Role and Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Acumatica ERP software.
  • Experience in the Manufacturing Industry is required.
  • Demonstrated accounting/financial skill.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience is preferred.
