Aktion Associates’ customer Puerto Rico Supplies Group has gone live with an upgraded version of Infor Distribution Enterprise i (A+) and two additional modules, Optio and MaxRecall. With the assistance from Aktion Associates, PRSG has upgraded to a new version of Infor Distribution Enterprise i (A+) and 2 more modules Optio and MaxRecall.
Infor Distribution Enterprise i (A+) has helped Puerto Rico Supplies to:
· Increase warehouse picker productivity by 85% for dry goods and 44% for refrigerated goods.
· Increase warehouse receiving productivity by 62% for refrigerated items and 57% for dry goods.
· Boost gross revenues by 10% over one year.

· Easily integrate new lines of business while consolidating warehouses.
With Optio, Puerto Rico Supplies can direct invoices and purchase orders through email without printing them- meaning big paper cost savings.
MaxRecall enables the company to create and scan images of documents and store them in digital format for future reference within A+.
There are fewer errors because some processes are now automated, such as invoicing, and they use the offline order entry feature in A+. Many orders from customers are incorporated through EDI, and sales force uses the mobile solution that integrates with A+, reducing errors related to manual order entry.
Infor Distribution Enterprise i (A+) provided a very easy integration with third-party products.
