Aktion Associates, approaching its 15th year as a Sage business partner and headquartered in Maumee, OH, has agreed to acquire the Sage-related assets of CIS Consulting Group. Aktion has hired a significant number of the existing CIS sales, Sage application consultants, and network engineering staff. These personnel are now Aktion employees and will continue in their roles of servicing the 1400+ Sage customers in this geography.
Aktion will operate from a new office in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a result of the acquisition, this will bring Aktion’s Sage Construction customer base to 3000+ companies located in the Central and Eastern US, yielding Sage’s largest partner focused on the AEC industry sector.
Aktion is committed to making this transition as smooth and seamless as possible for every customer. It is a “business as usual” mode of operation. Aktion currently has on staff experienced sales executives and consultants who are assisting with the transition.
Jeffrey C. Pavlica, has been named General Manager, Eastern Operations. He will oversee this new initiative and is responsible for sales and service management, and customer satisfaction.
