ROLE AT AKTION:
Pete Gallagher, Atlantic Unit Manager, oversees the operations across Aktion's eastern seaboard service areas, including North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and District of Columbia.
PREVIOUS JOB EXPERIENCE:
Pete joined Aktion Associates in 2010 with the merger of Aktion Associates and CIS Consulting Group. Prior to joining Aktion, Pete spent over 20 years working in the accounting technology industry -- spending the last 16 years focusing on developing and implementing accounting solutions for customers within the Construction and Real Estate industries. His previous experiences include serving as Senior Vice President, Senior Financial Officer, business owner and consultant.
EDUCATION:
Pete holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Ohio Northern University, with triple majors in Accounting, Computer Science and Finance. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in both Ohio and North Carolina; a Certified Sage Timberline Office Consultant, and a Member of the Construction and Financial Management Association (CFMA).
